For Bifocal and Varifocal lenses, Frame must be supplied containing lenses of same type (i.e. either Bifocal or Varifocal)

Axis - any Axis included in price

Prism and Base - add £4.95 for each lens with entry in Prism and Base (prism will have a number, base will state in, out, up or down. Ignore Add +2.00 or similar)
